Independent Investment Specialist

If you are seeking an appointment as an independent member of an investment subcommittee or as an investment 'expert', then you will not need such an in-depth knowledge of pensions.

You are likely to be a retired investment professional, or you are planning for retirement in the near future.
You may have worked in an investment management house, performance measurement company or similar.
Alternately, you may have worked as an investment consultant, or you may have been an investment specialist within a large pension scheme.
